This was probably a temporary technical problem at the validator site. It
does not appear now. Instead, the validator says:

Schema Error: Cannot find preset schema for namespace:
http://www.w3.org/1999/02/22-rdf-syntax-ns#.

Apparently the number sign “#” at the end of the URL should not be there.
