intended change with "referer" for Nu HTML Checker

Hi!

The link
 http://validator.w3.org/check/referer
used to check whichever page had that link.  By putting that link
discreetly in an include file, I could easily check my website pages
individually with a single click for each.

Now that link only goes to the root page of the website directory.
That is much less convenient!

Was the change intentional?
