Hi,

https://validator.w3.org/check?uri=referer
is broken.

It ALWAYS checks just the top level of whatever is passed to it.

for e.g.
https://www.domain.com/file.php
or
https://www.domain.com/directory/
it always checks just
https://validator.w3.org/nu/?doc=https%3A%2F%2Fwww.domain.com%2F

Files and directories are completely stripped away...
