why does the system want internet broken

There is two problems first the software programs made to put web pages up
can not do it error free. (does anybody care?)

On firefox the text of one column goes over the text of another column
On Opera it is no problem

So the second problem is browsers do not have a standard. (maybe a harder
nut to crack)
