Better still would be a synthesis :

"As a paragraph cannot contain a form, the paragraph is automatically closed when an opening <form> tag is encountered (the closing </p> tag for a paragraph is optional).  Thus the closing </p> tag in the source code can no longer be matched with an open paragraph, and an error results.
