Re: Issue with language tag

Hi Manfred,

Thanks very much for taking time to report this — it helped me fix some
broken logic in the language-detecting code in the HTML checker. I’ve
pushed the fix to https://validator.w3.org/nu/, so if you look again at
https://validator.w3.org/nu/?doc=http%3A%2F%2Fceur-ws.org%2FVol-2037%2Findex.html
you should find that the HTML checker no longer incorrectly emits that
spurious warning based having misidentified the language.
