validator download 404 error page

Hi,

I am trying to download the W3 Validator to run on apache server but it seems to be unavailable, the links I am using are:

http://validator.w3.org/validator.tar.gz <http://validator.w3.org/validator.tar.gz>
and
http://validator.w3.org/sgml-lib.tar.gz <http://validator.w3.org/sgml-lib.tar.gz>
Request you to provide me with correct links so that I can proceed with my work
