It’s hardly possible to analyze your problem without seeing the code 
that causes it. You should post a URL or a piece of code (preferably 
minimal) that triggers such messages.

And please explain what you mean by “W3 Total Cache” (as in the Subject 
line) and how it relates to your problem.
