Error while validating www.g-internet.de

Dear Madame, Dear Sirs,

My description:

When I use Notepad++ with the file attached (gihp077161.html)
the <p> in line 66 belongs to </p> in line 73. This seems okay for me too.

When I use the option "validate file by upload" (and use the file 
attached) an error occured.
The error says </p> in line 73 it too much.
When I delete line 73. The file becomes valide! (Despite a single, 
homeless <p> in line 66).
This valide file doesn't display the site as I expect it.

If I ignore the validators-error concerning line 73 the file works well 
and will be displayed as wanted (here).

I use an Opera Version:	35.0.2066.92 on a WIN7.

I thought this is worth to open an issue, despite the validator is a 
nice pice of software!
