Blocked for students due to "abuse" Website says ip address has access resource too many times from Michael Bohler on 2016-02-29 (www-validator@w3.org from February 2016)

Validator,
We are a school district that students uses your site every day to check their HTML code. We are getting a block page due to abuse. We use NAT addresses  (66.90.190.250 - 66.90.190.251) to access the web. Is there a way to unblock us by IP address so we don't get that error message.
