It shouldn't generate any code. Your screen shot shows the "Show Source" 
option is not checked (so it shouldn't display the source code it was 
testing) and it can't show how to include a conformance icon because no 
conformance icon currently exists (because HTML 5 hasn't reached 
recommendation status yet).

That warning is going to be true until HTML 5 reaches recommendation 
status with the W3C, and probably for some time after until support for 
it (by the validation service) is considered sufficiently well tested 
and free of bugs.
