Issue: the validator reports the following tag isn't
registered:

<meta name="wot-verification" content="xxxx">

I have checked the wiki
(<http://wiki.whatwg.org/wiki/MetaExtensions>)
and it is there.  I copied and pasted from the wiki,
and still have this error.
