I am trying to validate the link below

Validating http://50.87.144.35/~ashland/
Error [html5]: ""



I get this error
[Error] Line 132, Column 71: & did not start a character reference. (& probably should have been escaped as &.)

But we do not have control on the way a link is set up on linkedin, also if I replace it with &amp; then the link is broken
