Error Message. & did not start a character reference. (& probably should have been escaped as &.)

Hello,

I was checking www.nativapps.com and the W3C checker give me this error:

& did not start a character reference. (& probably should have been escaped as &.)

This is not an error, because we are using href:

The "&" is part of the address that google request, not an error or part of & code. I think you will improve this or may you help me to solve it? Thanks!
