Re: Local Markup Validation in Windows

Hi,

I'm attempting to setup a local validator on a windows 2003 server
machine, but am having some issues with the perl modules.

The zip file linked to on your windows instruction page
(http://www.myhpi.de/~dtibbe/download/ppm.zip
<http://www.myhpi.de/%7Edtibbe/download/ppm.zip> ) is no longer
available (you get a 404 when attempting to download it), and I am
having great trouble compiling them myself (particularly the
SGML-Parser-OpenSP component, but also the XML-LibXML component as
well). I can't get these compiled even though I'm using the latest CPAN
compiler through ActiveState. I would much prefer just to get the above
zip file if possible.
