"msapplication-config" - Meta Keyword not registered

When HTML5 verifying www.newsleecher.com ( see verification URL below
) I get the following error :

"Bad value msapplication-config for attribute name on element meta:
Keyword msapplication-config is not registered."

Microsoft recommend using that meta keyword here :
