I don't know if the good place to ask the question !
But we have a office public Ip that seem to be block for the site http://validator.w3.org/
The ip 69.70.166.50 is the one block the rest of my IP range or any other range I own working fine.
But this our office end user gateway to the internet. Any how I can have it unblock and what have cause the block so I can prevent from happening again.
