missing TITLE tag - suggestion on a clearer error message

Hi all,

when a title tag is missing in the document, validator gives an error
message "end tag for "HEAD" which is not finished", which is in fact right,
but a little misleading.

Suggestion: "missing title tag, which is required in the head section" or
something similar.
