AW: Tar-ball version differs from validator.w3.org

Even on our own page I get different results:
 
our validator: 27 errors, 30 warnings
w3 validator: 25 errors, 30 warnings
 
These 2 errors are not displayed on w3 validator:
Error Line 37, Column 129: there is no attribute "BORDER"
Line 153, Column 93: there is no attribute "TARGET"
 
The code is the same!

I tested it with www.spiegel.de
 
On my validator I get 62 errors and 190 warnings
On w3 validator I get 45 errors and 190 warnings
 
 
Same difference here. On my validator I get 62 errors, 193 warnings and on w3 I get 45, 193.

I get the same results on other URLs, so it might just be that www.spiegel.de returns different content based on the location of the server that requests it.
