AW: Tar-ball version differs from validator.w3.org

I tested it with www.spiegel.de
 
On my validator I get 62 errors and 190 warnings
On w3 validator I get 45 errors and 190 warnings

Hello,

I am running my own validator on Linux (Debian, Apache2) and installed it without errors. But when I validate a page it shows me a different amount of error as the validator.w3.org. I am using the newest version available (1.3). Can somebody explain this behavior?
 
I installed it recently and as far as I know, I always get the same errors as the main site.
 
If you can tell me the URL that differs, I can check it on my server.
