W3 doesn't validate rich snippets / micro data according to schema.org

Dear all,

after integrating rich snippets into my Website, I do have numerous
W3-errors on these pages (especially second and third URL):

www.tcm-homburg.de
www.tcm-homburg.de/dermatologie-homburg
www.tcm-homburg.de/akupunktur-saarland

I have concerns that these errors provide disadvantages in SEO.
Any ideas for improvement?
