Totally Frustrated with Validator

Hi

I have the Validator on my Vista system and I am totally frustrated with it.


Every site I login to ehen I try to open a link in the site I get a popup
box

see sample below:

 

A user name and password are being requested by http://validator.w3.org. The
site says: "httpmembers.contentfacilitator.com-CF Members Area"

 

Can anyone please tell me how to get this disabled
