Olá, Yucca, muito obrigado pela ajuda.
Descobri que realmente, no HTML gerado, estava com problemas de concatenação de string, resultando em um código sem o espaço necessário antes dos atributos classid e height. 
Adicionando um espaço antes resolveu o erro no validador do w3c.
Muito obrigado e espero que essa resposta possa ajudar a outras pessoas com o mesmo problema.

Hello, Yucca, thanks for the help.
I found that really, in the generated HTML was a problem of string concatenation, resulting in a code without the space required before attributes classid and height.
Adding a space before fixed the error in the W3C's validator.
