A few years ago I had hacked the w3c validator to support IPv6, but this required making a custom modification to the libwww Perl library. I had submitted a potential patch to the developers of the project, but given the lack of feedback I just abandoned my effort. BTW For the patch: https://rt.cpan.org/Public/Bug/Display.html?id=29468 The lack of effort in this module didn't give me a good impression of the health of the Perl community - maybe I just don't understand how it operates? Just my 5c and hopefully someone else can push this further? André
