Checklink question

I run Checklink 4.8 (c) regularly and get a number of errors. I'm not an
expert, so I'd be grateful if someone could tell me whether they are
Checklink errors, or errors in perl, or just informational errors of no
importance that can be ignored. Examples, sent via cron, are:-

Use of uninitialized value $_ in pattern match (m//)
at /usr/share/perl5/HTTP/Message.pm line 209.
Use of uninitialized value $_in pattern match (m//)
at /usr/share/perl5/HTTP/Message.pm line 210.

Use of uninitialized value $_ in pattern match (m//)

Use of uninitialized value in subroutine entry
at /usr/share/perl5/HTTP/Message.pm line 265.
Use of uninitialized value $_in length at /usr/share/perl5/HTTP/Message.pm
line 270.
Use of uninitialized value in numeric eq (==) at /usr/local/bin/checklink
line 1320.
Use of uninitialized value in printf at /usr/local/bin/checklink line 1993.
Use of uninitialized value $whattodo in printf at /usr/local/bin/checklink
line 1762.
Use of uninitialized value in numeric eq (==) at /usr/local/bin/checklink
line 840.
Parsing of undecoded UTF-32 at /usr/share/perl5/LWP/UserAgent.pm line 600.
Use of uninitialized value in printf at /usr/local/bin/checklink line 1993.
Use of uninitialized value $whattodo in printf at /usr/local/bin/checklink
line 1762.
Use of uninitialized value in printf at /usr/local/bin/checklink line 1993.

May I happily ignore all these?

Thanks,
- Richard.
