HTML 3.2 and 2.0 using wrong Validation

If selecting HTML 3.2, HTML 2.0 or ISO HTML from the doctype dropdown,  
it ends up using the experimental HTML5 validation. Just wanted to  
bring it to attention so that it could be fixed.
