As is the HTML spec, paragraph 9.3.1 Paragraphs: the P element The P <cid:part1.09010506.04040205@knob.com> element represents a paragraph. It cannot contain block-level elements <cid:part2.00000501.07010403@knob.com> (including P <cid:part1.09010506.04040205@knob.com> itself).
