UTF-8 Problem

Hi,
Sorry for my bad English.
The problem is: the entire website http://www.interdixit.com was  
successfully validated. Now, without having undergone any changes in  
programming, validator does not recognize UTF-8 and does not validate  
any page. Interestingly, another site in development with the same  
pattern of programming (http://www.farmaciasarria.com/desarrollo/index.php 
) is successfully validated.
