Ok,  but  does it have a built-in mapping from public doctype identifiers to DTD
URIs? I'm asking because I also got the error with this snippet:

>> <!DOCTYPE html PUBLIC "-//W3C//DTD XHTML+RDFa 1.0//EN" "">
which does not have a DTD URI embedded.

I'm just telling you to be sure there is not another error somewhere.
