W3C Markup Validation Problem

We are having a problem when using the W3C Markup Validation Service,

When clicking on the W3C Xhtml 1.0 validation button on our website
(bottom right corner):
http://www.cccs.co.uk/accessibility/accessibility.aspx
<blocked::http://www.cccs.co.uk/accessibility/accessibility.aspx> 


The Validation Service produces 1 Failed Validation error when looking
at the address: http://www.cccs.co.uk/ <blocked::http://www.cccs.co.uk/>


The actual error is pointing to border="0" however on our website that
isn't even included in our code so are unable to remove it! As a test
instead of checking the website url we copied and pasted the whole of
our code into the validator http://validator.w3.org/  and checked by
'direct input' which as we expected, this produced no error messages! 

 
Can you help with this issue, is it possible the website validator is
looking at an old cached version of www.cccs.co.uk
<blocked::http://www.cccs.co.uk/> , and if so is there anything that can
be done to change this to get it pointing at the current version,
