Yeah, I see it now, it wasn't obvious with my pre-Unicode
browser after deleting all C2 to count the A0.  Well, you
can have a different bug with validator-test 0.8.0-beta1:

It claims to send UTF-8, but displays the line in question
as Latin-1 (raw 0xA0).  Maybe it should use a marker in the
next line (after thirty &#160;) instead of trying to insert
a marker in the erroneous line.  A &#160; should work with
all charsets and all old Netscape versions, unlike &nbsp;

IIRC it's a known 0.74 bug,
