The OP is chinese.  He could be in a position to make a very useful
contribution to i18n of the validator, with a hitherto-unsupported 
but very widely-spoken language and a non-European charset.  That's 
in addition to any contributions he might make in other fields.

To the OP (quite apart from any other reply you might get),
I suggest you start by participating actively on this list,
and demonstrate what you expect to contribute.  If you are a
programmer you might also get involved in the upstream
libraries: I expect OpenSP would welcome chinese support,
as would many XML libraries.
