restore link

The html validator results page once had a link to the linkage checker, so 
that on completion of checking the validity of html, one could go to the 
linkage checker (the next obvious step in validation) with a single click of 
the mouse.

That link was removed when the html validator results page was revised about 
a year ago.  Now it has been revised again, and the link to the linkage 
validator is still missing.

PLEASE restore it to save wear and tear on my mouse.
