Character encoding iso-8859-6-i

http://validator.w3.org/ version 0.8.1 has an option

| Character Encoding iso-8859-6-i (Arabic)

This should be "iso-8859-6" without "-i".

The normal charset parameter for Arabic is "iso-8859-6" -
as opposed to Hebrew, where "iso-8859-8" has been occupied
by traditional use to mean "visual Hebrew".
In Hebrew, you must specify "iso-8859-8-i" for bidi layout,
but not in Arabic.
