W3C XHTML Validator Error Caused by W3C CSS Validator

The W3C CSS Validator acceptance code given creates an error in the W3C Markup XHTML Validator not sure exactly why this happens, but thought I would bring it to your attention.


Below are the results of checking this document for XML well-formedness and validity.

   1. Error Line 36 column 24: end tag for "img" omitted, but OMITTAG NO was specified.

             alt="Valid CSS!">

      You may have neglected to close an element, or perhaps you meant to "self-close" an element, that is, ending it with "/>" instead of ">".

   2. Info Line 34 column 2: start tag was here.
