WSDL file?

Greetings,

I'm wondering if a WSDL file for accessing the W3C HTML validator 
could be provided? I'm trying to access the service programmatically 
through SOAP4R (a Ruby library), but the library has essentially zero 
documentation and I can only get it to work if I have a WSDL file =(
