Looks like this bug has been reintroduced and is not fixed by latest windows
updates and the security update:
http://www.microsoft.com/technet/security/bulletin/ms05-014.mspx doesn't
provide a fix either.

Validating XML URL:
http://www.kyero.com/my_account/import/kyero_import_sample.xml at
http://validator.w3.org/detailed.html using default options

Validating its equivalent saved as a file (attached) at
http://validator.w3.org/file-upload.html using default options

Both feed and file validate OK (validation errors expected) when using
Firefox browser (Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 5.1; en-GB; rv:1.8.1)
Gecko/20061010 Firefox/2.0)

Using IE6 and IE7, feed validates OK but file upload fails with 'Sorry! This
document can not be checked.' Despite performing all windows updates and
following advice here: http://www.w3.org/QA/2005/01/Validator-IE_WinXP_SP2

Hope this helps
Best Regards
Martin Dell
