I'm a graduation project student , my project is on exchanging medical
record using semantic web I'll be glad if  you help me ..



I have many questions,

First of all, Shall I use special kind of server for RDF, Notation3 and
other semantic web languages?

Are there any resources "web sites or books" that teach me how to do my
semantic web project step by step?

If there is any body who may help me on designing, analysing or implementing
