Re: Leaving W3C QA Dev.

Dear Björn,

As I mentioned on IRC yesterday, I look forward to chatting with
you personally on 20 July about these issues, and discussing any
suggestions you have for improvements in communication and transparency
with users and developers. 

The Team has been discussing your comments actively and has more
discussion planned. The W3C Management Team plans to discuss
outreach/communication/transparency at its September meeting. I
anticipate that after that meeting (by mid- or late September) we will
have concrete proposals for consideration by the community. Until then,
I welcome constructive suggestions on public-qa-dev@w3.org as input to
the September meeting.
