but the actual code on line 140 is:

(there are no breaks or spaces in the line of code)

Why has W3C inserted "%20" before "HONcode" and "Conduct..."

The link as I have it coded goes to the correct destination whereas the 
link with the "%20" goes to a different and incorrect page
