I checked my unofficial "google.public.support.general FAQ" (http://gpsgfaq.googlepages.com/index.html) with the "W3C Link Checker" (http://validator.w3.org/checklink/) (W3CLC in short in the below list) and found out there are 4 URLs W3C Link Checker says give a "Response status code: 404" or a "500" ("Internal Server Error") (after a 302 redirect) message, but those links either work OK (HTTP 200) or redirect (HTTP 301 or HTTP 302) according to my visit with Internet Explorer 6 (IE in short) (Windows XP SP2) and by using the "Web-Sniffer 1.0.24" (http://web-sniffer.net/) (WS in short): URL: https://www.google.com/accounts/ W3CLC: "Response status code: 404" (incorrect?) WS: "HTTP/1.1 301 Moved Permanently" IE: redirects to https://www.google.com/accounts/ManageAccount which is OK URL: http://www.google.com/glm/faq.html W3CLC: "Response status code: 404" (incorrect?) WS: "HTTP/1.1 301 Moved Permanently" (to http://www.google.com/gmm/faq.html) IE: redirects to http://www.google.com/gmm/faq.html which is OK URL: http://www.spywarewarrior.com/rogue_anti-spyware.htm W3CLC: "Response status code: 404" (incorrect?) WS: "HTTP Status Code: HTTP/1.1 200 OK" IE: OK URL: http://search.aol.com/ W3CLC: "Response status code: 302 -> 500" (incorrect?) WS: "HTTP Status Code: HTTP/1.1 302 Found" IE: redirects to http://search.aol.com/aolcom/webhome which is OK Tomi Häsä
