HTTP Validator

I am wondering what everyone thinks of a HTTP Validator (not a HTML
validator cause there already is one but HTTP), it could validate HTTP
againt the protocol.

I was thinking that if there was one on the w3c website, more people would
care about having valid HTTP headers.
