    I really don't understand this error message cuz it's from a file that is used only for include (PHP) and don't have any code (head, body,...). If I put this code, after the inclusion I'll have duplicated tag's.

    Well, I'm newbie on the validation and I think that is a great tool. Congratulations ;)
