Could you provide us with a URI for the document you are trying to
(re)validate? 

As far as I know the validator does not have any cache, so it should get
the latest version of the document from your web server. It could be
that your server is actually behind a proxy-cache that does not update
for the document you are modifying.

If you are using validation via upload, be aware that "reload"ing will
not upload the new version of your document, at least with most
browsers.
