Have you installed openSP?
if no -> install it
if yes -> where is it installed? check whether it is actually at
/usr/bin/onsgmls, or at another location (/usr/local/bin/onsgmls is
likely, too
   if /usr/bin/onsgmls -> make it executable with chmod a+x
   if somewhere else, modify your validator.conf to point to the right location.
