Try ’ or ’ If you don't care about old browsers
you could also try ’ or with an Unicode charset use
the corresponding transformation of u+2019.
If your charset is Ascii or Latin-1 you could also replace it
by windows-1252 and keep the byte 146 as is. Don't try ’
