The Validator was upgraded to the new 0.7 release. I think you have an error in your Doctype in the first URL you listed (I didn't check the others). It should be: <!DOCTYPE html PUBLIC "-//W3C//DTD XHTML 1.0 Strict//EN" "http://www.w3.org/TR/xhtml1/DTD/xhtml1-strict.dtd"> (With an upper case S on Strict). You do have syntax errors though (unclosed <meta> tags). Also your meta http-equiv for Content-Type is wrong. You give a charset parameter, but no actual content type!
