[VE][65] Error Message Feedback

Excuse me, but I think there is an error or a bug in the Strict HTML 4.01
Validator robot with the noscript tag :

As you can see, the validator refuse my noscript tag, and I don’t see why…

 

Can you explain me this bug or my mistake ? please
