Charset conflicts not recognised in verbose mode

If you validate

http://people.w3.org/rishida/articles/test.html

using

http://validator.w3.org/

you get a message:

[[Character Encoding mismatch!
The character encoding specified in the HTTP header (utf-8) is different from the value in the <meta> element (iso-8859-1). I will use the value from the HTTP header (utf-8) for this validation.]]

Which is great.

However, if you use the extended interface

http://validator.w3.org/detailed.html

you get no such message.

I think this should be fixed asap.
