end tag for "HEAD" which is not finished
Suggested addition:
This error will occur if the "<title>...</title>" tag is
omitted within the "<head>" element.
Comment:
The error message does not hint that the HEAD element
always requires a TITLE element within it. I think it should
be added to the error message. Thanks for listening.
